FEATURE:
1. This machine has to be used in a ventilate condition with enough sunlight. Also, the environment where the machine is operated should be comfortable for human body in terms of temperature and humidity.
2. CY-486 is basically welded by metal plate and it is assembled by different parts. There is a control board, containing all the control buttons, above the machine, a turntable supporting a tilted shaft, and air cylinders, upper and lower aluminum mould inside the shaft grooves.
3. Working cycle: cover the steamed vamp onto the mould and press the air valve. While the lower mould tightly stretches the vamp, massage the vamp with a massaging hammer.
