4. Upside mold plate can turn 90 degree and push the footwear out automatically after open mold to insure the products shape well. Mean while it reduce the working intensity for workers.
5. Touch screen computer and PLC system adopt brand of Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi to make sure machine work stable and precise. This machine has the automatic protect device for electric, liquid and air.
6. Automatic compensation for mold thickness and suitable for different size molds to enhance production flexibility.
7. Mould plate and mold have cooling system, which can make the product shaping faster and increase the production capacity.
8. It has servo motor which can save lots of electric consumption.
